How can I book an appointment? You can book online or by phone, 226-486-0471

Do I need to bring my own photo? No – we will take your photo at our office.  This is an IRCC requirement.

What is different during the COVID 19 pandemic? We want to keep you and our staff safe. Complete the medical questions and contact information BEFORE you come in for your visit  •If you feel unwell we ask that you kindly wear a mask (we can provide you with one)

How do I pay for my examination and tests? Thie Immigration Medical Examination and blood tests can be paid with debit, credit, or cash.  The X-ray must be paid with CASH ONLY (at Guelph Medical Imaging, 54 Cardigan St, Guelph).

I already did my exam. Now IRCC wants more health information. What do I do?
IRCC has likely ‘furthered’ your file. That means you may need more investigations. Call our office at 226-486-0471 for an appointment.

Who sends my medical file to the government?
Your file is sent, online, directly to the government by the doctor that did your exam using the eMedical system.

How quickly is my file sent to the government after my appointment?
Usually within 7 business days of your appointment.

Do you offer a reduced price for children? 
Yes, we have a lower price for children age 14 and under.  See our pricing page.

What if I need to cancel my medical appointment? 
To cancel, call us at 226-486-0471.  You can also cancel using the email link that was sent to you at the time of your online booking. Please give us at least 24 hours notice when you cancel or reschedule an appointment
